| Well . . . there are lots of things . . . in a way it's a good feeling to be able to help people . . . and often they're very grateful, you see . . . yes I think that's what I like best about it. | |

| Well, in summer, you know, when one or two of us are on holiday, then there's a lot of stress for the others, you see. | |

| Mhm . . . when people . . . you know . . . some of them are seriously ill and you sometimes know you can't help them, that's so sad, you know. | |
